Our aim at APIARY MADE is to ensure you LOVE your products. We take exceptional care in blending our products and packaging them for you, however if there is any type of problem with your order we would love you to get in touch with our Founder, Celeste, directly by emailing her at email@example.com and she will do all she can to sort it out for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have found that something is not right with your order, Apiary Made will do all we can to fix it for you. If there is a problem with your item, please just send it bacn unopened to:
If you have ordered the wrong product, please return the product unopened to our address below. We will gladly refund your order if there's a mix up with your order.
We will gladly replace and damaged or defective items immediately or refund the original purchase price. Please send a detailed note within seven days of delivery to me direct at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will take care of it for you. No refunds or returns will be accepted following the seven days notice period after delivery.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After you place an order, you may cancel it at any time prior to receiving a shipment confirmation. To cancel an order prior to shipment, please email email@example.com. If your order is cancelled prior to shipment, you will not be charged. Cancellation requests will not be accepted once shipment has been confirmed.
